Born and raised in Northern California, Jason had his first Jeep Wrangler in high school and cut his teeth wheelin' the Rubicon Trail on 31's. Jason was a mechanic for many years working for his father's shop, which has come in mighty handy being a Jeep owner. Jason has done all the modifications on the Jeeps himself despite the constant reminding of the honey-do list waiting for him.
It all began in 2021...
It had been a few years since Jason had a Jeep, with a heavy heart he'd sold his latest, a CJ5, due to not having the time to hit the trails. Fast forward to 2021 and all of a sudden we all had nothing but time on our hands, so I told Jason, "Go get a Jeep".
Despite the auto shortages, we found a sting grey 3.6 JLUR in Oregon. We took a flight up, purchased it and upon driving it home I (Stephanie) asked to drive it. I loved it. I wanted one too. We ordered one right away and a few months later I was in my very own JULR and thus began:
Two Wranglers
After adding a few things to our rigs, Jason taught me to wheel and we've never looked back, it's been an incredible ride-literally.
He's advanced, I'm new to intermediate. He's had Jeeps his whole life, I'm just getting started. He wheels his 392 exclusively, I often take my 3.6. With all the differences between us, we felt like it would be great content. A fun way to see how each Jeep performs, how we each do on the trails. Our videos tell the story of a, beginner vs. advanced, a V8 vs. V6 and lets not forget...
a husband vs.wife!
However...Its all in the name of fun.
Since 2021 there has been a few changes, Jason's 3.6 JLUR was sold after purchasing his firecracker red 392 (Hot Rod). I loved Jason's 392 so much I got one as well (Hericon). However, I didn't sell my 3.6 as planned. I'm incredibly attached to my first Jeep so I kept it and we're hoping to turn it into a real crawler someday. We bought a Gladiator too and turned it into an overlanding vehicle but that soon became unnecessary as we picked up a used Patriot Camper. Even though we are "Two Wranglers", we have 4 Jeeps. We feel like, the more the merrier, we reckon...its a Jeep thing.
Originally from NorCal but now living in SoCal with her husband of nearly 25 years, Stephanie is new to the off-road life. Raising 4 wonderful children meant not a lot of time for things like...hitting Metal Masher but alas, kids are grown and now it's the trail life for her. However, as the full time content creator for 'Two Wranglers" she's gotten herself as busy as before.
